r • <br />SECOND AMENDMENT TO <br />CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />This Second Amendment to Consulting Services Agreement, dated as of June 23, 2008 ("Amendment"), by <br />and between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro, a public body, corporate and politic ("Agency") <br />and Keyser Marston Associates, Inc. ("Consultant" and, together with Agency, the "Parties"), amends that certain <br />Consultant Services Agreement, dated August 1, 2006 ("Agreement"), between the Parties. <br />WHEREAS, the Agency and the Consultant have heretofore executed the Agreement, pursuant to which <br />Consultant has provided certain consultant services to Agency with regard to financial issues for residential real <br />estate projects; and <br />WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend the Agreement to extend the term of the Agreement. <br />NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />Agency and Consultant hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows: <br />Section 1. Section 1.1 of the Agreement is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows: <br />1.1. Term of Services. The term of this Agreement shall begin on the date <br />first noted above and shall end on June 30, 2009, the date of completion specified in Exhibit A, <br />and Consultant shall complete the work described in Exhibit A and in accordance with a revised <br />Exhibit B attached prior to that date, unless the term of the Agreement is otherwise terminated or <br />extended, as provided for in Section 8.
