IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2008-148 (1049/1375) <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING COMCAST CABLE AN ACCESS EASEMENT FOR THE <br />MAINTENANCE OF ITS FACILITIES AT 2599 FAIRWAY DRIVE, A <br />PORTION OF ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO. 079A-0590-001-OS <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, the easement area to be granted by this resolution is located at the northern <br />portion of the City-owned parcel at 2599 Fairway Drive (APN 079A-0590-001-OS) and is more <br />precisely described in Exhibits A and B attached hereto and made a part hereof; and <br />WHEREAS, this easement is necessary for Comcast Cable to access and maintain its <br />facilities on said City parcel once its lease expires at the end of 2008; and <br />WHEREAS, the need for this access easement is contingent upon the approval of a <br />separate resolution granting Comcast a private utility easement to retain its facilities on said City <br />parcel. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. That the City Council hereby grants the herein above described access easement. <br />2.
