IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2008-150 (3057) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AONE-YEAR EXTENSION TO THE SUBDIVISION <br />IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT FOR TRACT 7579 LOCATED AT 14953, 14969 AND <br />14981-14985 WASHINGTON AVENUE, SAN LEANDRO; OWNER AND SUBDIVIDER: <br />WASHINGTON/SPRINGLAKE PROPERTIES, LLC <br />Recitals <br />WHEREAS, a Tract Map entitled "Tract Map 7579, in the City of San Leandro, Alameda <br />County, California" was approved by this Council at its meeting on March 20, 2006 by <br />Resolution No. 2006-028; and <br />WHEREAS, both the City of San Leandro and the Developer have executed Subdivision <br />Improvement Agreements to guarantee the completion of the required public and private <br />improvements associated with said Map; and <br />WHEREAS, the Developer has requested aone-year extension to complete the provisions <br />of the Subdivision Improvement Agreements; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended that said request be granted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the work to be performed pursuant to said Agreements shall be completed on or <br />before the 20th day of December 2009. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Stephens and passed and adopted this 15th day of December, <br />2008, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Grant, Gregory, Prola, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: ~' ~,~~@-~-ti'~ ~'~~~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
