The units will be affordable <br />to very low income seniors. The City also approved $2 million In federal HOME <br />Program and City Affordable Housing Trust Fund monies to this project. <br />Construction is expected to begin in eary 2009. <br />The Agency entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Westlake <br />Development Partners, BRIDGE Housing, BART and the City of San Leandro for a <br />700 unit transit-oriented development project with 15% designated for low and very <br />low income housing. Housing Set-Aside funds will likely be allocated to the 100- <br />unit affordable rental housing project, called San Leandro Crossings West, in the <br />future. <br />Achi®vement Informatipn (Unaudited?
