<br />Description
<br />Casa Verde is an affordable rental housing development that resulted from the acquisition and rehabilitation of
<br />the Islander Motel, which was along-standing neighborhood blight. The project converted a former commercial
<br />use (i.e., motel) to residential use (i.e., apartment). The project contains 68 rental units, a resident community
<br />room, offices for property management staff, gated indoor and outdoor parking with 62 spaces, bike racks, and a
<br />landsca ed rear and with barbecue area.
