IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-022 RDA (1049/1447/1485) <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIIZECTOR TO EXECUTE A <br />GRANT OF EASEMENT TO PACIFIC BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY, A CALIFORNIA <br />CORPORATION, DBA SBC CALIFORNIA ("SBC"), AT 1193 WARDEN AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro owns certain real <br />property situated in the City of San Leandro, California, at 1193 Warden Avenue (the <br />"Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, Pacific Be11 Telephone Company, dba SBC California ("SBC"), desires to <br />obtain anon-exclusive easement for the installation, maintenance, and use of telephone <br />equipment and appurtenances thereto on a portion of the Property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency has determined it is proper and in the public <br />interest to grant the non-exclusive easement to SBC. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, CALIFORNIA, DOES RESOLVE, <br />DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. The Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro hereby specifically <br />finds that all of the facts stated above are true and correct. <br />SECTION 2. That the Executive Director is hereby authorized to execute a Grant of <br />Easement, substantially in the form attached hereto, to SBC for an easement to install, construct <br />and maintain telephone equipment and appurtenances thereto on a portion of the Property, as <br />described in the attached Grant of Easement. <br />
