Achievements in the Prior Implementation Pian Period
The Agency is required to provide data for certain achievements in the 1999-2004
Implementation Plan period. The Agency's new construction efforts were focused on two major
developments, Broadmoor Plaza and Fuller hardens. The Agency also hacked bonds by the
private developer of an assisted living facility in return for 28 extremely low-income units
reserved in the project. There were no newly constructed projects with restricted units unassisted
by the Agency. Tables 13 and 14 cover all the newly constructed projects receiving locally
controlled assistance. The rental and ownership units assisted by the Agency are subject to
regulatory agreements that impose rent and resale restrictions ensuring compliance with the
affordability requirements of the law.
Table 13.
