Exhibit A <br />LICENSE AREA <br />The License Area consists of the following: <br />1. Walk-in refrigerator and the area enclosed by a masonry screen wall as depicted on <br />Attachment 1, attached hereto and incorporated into this Exhibit A; and <br />2. Refuse Area depicted on Attachment 2, attached hereto and incorporated into this <br />Exhibit A. <br />3. The rear exit stairway as depicted on Attachment 3, attached hereto and <br />incorporated into this Exhibit A. <br />4.
