1N THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2009- <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR THE DOOLITTLE DRIVE ENTRYWAY <br />IMPROVEMENTS PHASE 1 PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 02-230-43-155 <br />Pursuant to an agreement between the City and McGuire and Hester for work contained <br />in a contract dated March 5, 2007, approved by Resolution No. 2007-026, the Doolittle Drive <br />Entryway Improvements Phase 1 Project, Project No. 02-230-43-155 has been completed. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore <br />and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br />recommends that said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br />project. <br />That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br />are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br />4.
