EXHIBIT `A' <br />A strip of land 20 feet in width being a portion of that real property as described in deed <br />from Oakland Scavenger Company to East Bay Regional Park District, recorded as series <br />83-002433 on January 6, 1983 Alameda County Records, located in the City of San <br />Leandro, Alameda County, State of California; The center line of said strip being more <br />particularly described as follows. <br />Commencing at the northeasterly most corner of said East Bay Regional Park District <br />property (series 83-002433); thence along the northerly line of said property South 74° <br />40' 33" West, said bearing being used for the purposes of this description and described <br />as South 74° 40' 20" West in said deed, a distance of 1129.10 feet to the TRUE POINT <br />OF BEGINNING; Thence leaving said nohherly line South 17° 47' 54" East, 70.10 feet <br />to the end of this described strip. <br />The side lines of this described 20 foot strip shall be extended or shortened as necessary <br />so as to terminate at the northerly line of said East Bay Regional Park District property <br />(series 83-002433). <br />Described strip contains 1402 square feet more or less. <br />Bearings and Distances unless otherwise stated are based on California Coordinate <br />System 83 (CCS83), Zone 3.
