E. Electrical services to the rear residential unit shall be undergrounded. <br />F. Applicant shall provide a sewer cleanout at the property line for the lateral(s) <br />prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy. <br />G. Prior to the issuance of building permits for the project, the Applicant shall obtain an <br />Encroachment Permit from the Engineering and Transportation Department for any <br />work within the public right-of--way of Cambridge Avenue. <br />H. Roof drains for the new residential unit shall discharge to an unpaved area wherever <br />practical. <br />I. If file design of any site improvements requires encroachments onto neighboring <br />properties during construction, written agreements with that property owner shall be <br />submitted to the City Engineer, of review and approval, prior to issuance of building <br />permits. <br />J. During construction the following highs standards for sanitation are required: <br />Garbage cans, construction dumpsters, and debris piles shall be removed on a <br />minimum weekly basis. Al] food related trash items such as wrappers, cans, <br />bottles, and food scraps shall be disposed of in closed containers only and shall be <br />regularly removed from the site. Inspections, conducted as part of the regular <br />constriction compliance, will be conducted to ensure compliance of the Applicant <br />and contractors with this requirement. <br />IV. FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />A. Prior to issuance of building permits, final construction documents shall be <br />submitted to the San Leandro Building and Safety Services Division and to the <br />Alameda County Fire Department for review and approval. <br />B. Prior to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy, all applicable Fire and Building Code <br />requirements shall be completed to the satisfaction of the Alameda County Fire <br />Marshall and the City of San Leandro Chief Building Official. <br />V. MAINTENANCE <br />A. The site shall be well maintained and shall be kept free of litter, debris and weeds. <br />B. The fencing on the property shall be structurally sound and well maintained at all <br />times; any damage to the fence shall be promptly repaired. <br />C. Any graffiti shall be removed from the building walls and the perimeter fencing. <br />VI. CONSTRUCTION PROVISIONS <br />A. Construction activity shall not create dust, noise, or safety hazards for adjacent <br />properties.
