CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />PLN2008-00036 <br />Campus California Teachers Group (Applicant) <br />L PERMITTED USE <br />A. This site plan review approval allows for placement by Campus California <br />Teachers Group of up to 14 clothing donation boxes on private property at various <br />locations throughout the City of San Leandro. <br />II. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br />A. The total number of donation boxes located within the City of San Leandro shall not <br />exceed 14. <br />B. Each location shall obtain a separate approval for an Administrative Review. Any <br />box that is moved to a new location shall require a separate Administrative Review. <br />C. Applicant shall submit written authorizations from a property or business <br />owner(s) as well as a site plan showing the proposed location of the box. <br />D. Donation boxes shall not be located closer than one-half mile (0.5 miles) distance <br />from one another. <br />E. Placement of a collection box must comply with all requirements outlined in San <br />Leandro Zoning Code Section 1646.D.2 Design Criteria and Standards/Small <br />Collection Facilities, which includes but is not limited to the following: <br />i. The collection box shall be set back at least 10 feet from a front or side <br />property line, and twenty (20) feet from an R Residential district boundary, <br />and shall not obstruct pedestrian or vehicular circulation. <br />ii. The collection box shall not be located in a parking space. <br />iii. Containers shall be clearly marked to identify the type of material that maybe <br />deposited and the name and telephone number of the operator clearly marked <br />on the container. <br />F. In addition to the name and telephone number of the organization, the following <br />additional information shall be also be clearly displayed: <br />i. The organization's website address <br />ii. If the organization is anon-profit, that shall be clearly stated along with the <br />organizations Charitable Trust (CT) number issued by Attorney General's <br />Office. <br />A~eement to Conditions October 7, 2008 <br />PLN2008-00036 Page 3 of 4 <br />
