AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT is made at San Leandro, California, as of April 1, 2003, by and <br />between the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation ("City"), and SAN LEANDRO <br />BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB, INCORPORATED, hereinafter referred to as "Agency." <br />Recitals <br />City operates a recreational program for the benefit of its citizens and desires to expand <br />the operation of such program. <br />Agency owns recreational facilities which it desires to make available to City for this <br />purpose. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto mutually agree as follows: <br />1. SWIMMING POOL. <br />(a) Agency shall permit City to use Agency's pool at all times when said pool <br />is not in use by Agency. <br />(b) City shall provide supplies, maintenance, repairs, and utilities for <br />operation of the pool. <br />(c) City shall undertake to extend swimming opportunities to underprivileged <br />youth. <br />2. OTHER FACILITIES. <br />(a) Agency shall permit City to use all other Agency facilities for programs <br />approved by Agency at all times when said facilities are not in use by <br />Agency. <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />
