Deliverables for the Scope of Work in ltem 12 of this Amendment shall be as follows: <br />• Shop Drawing Submittal Review Comments: The Consultant will provide <br />comments in hard copy format for each shop drawing submitted for review. <br />• RFI Responses: The Consultant will provide responses in hard copy format for <br />each IZFIs submitted. <br />• Change Order Summary: The Consultant will provide a change order review <br />and technical documents for 3 change orders as detailed in task "e" above. <br />• Special Inspections Summary: The Consultant will provide Special Inspection <br />summary report for each special inspection and prepare a Special Inspection letter <br />per the City Building Department letter format in Exhibit E. <br />• Site Visit Reports: The Consultant will provide reports to the City summarizing <br />each site visit. <br />• Startup Assistance Comments: The Consultant will attend up to 3 site visits <br />and review up to 3 Contractor startup plans. <br />• Record Drawings: The Consultant will develop record drawings and <br />specifications based on the collated documents and deliver to the City 1 hard <br />copy set and 1 electronic set on CD format. <br />Consulting Services Agreement between 08-593-52-230 <br />City of San Leandro and Brown and Caldwell--Exhibit A Page 18 <br />
