IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.2009- <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN APPROPRIATION FROM THE GOLF COURSE <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT MONARCH BAY <br />GOLF CLUB (TONY LEMA AND MARINA GOLF COURSES) <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, an appropriation of monies from the Golf Course Capital Improvement <br />Program Fund is needed to make improvements at the Monarch Bay Golf Club; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that an appropriation be made from the Golf <br />Course Capital Improvement Program Fund, in an amount not to exceed $242,000 for capital <br />improvements at Monarch Bay Golf Club. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That an appropriation from the Golf Course Capital Improvement Program Fund, in an <br />amount not to exceed $242,000 for capital improvements at Monarch Bay Golf Club, is approved <br />and execution thereof by the City Manager is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember and passed and adopted this 2na <br />day of March, 2009 by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
