CONCLUSION <br />It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to file an application for the <br />Federal American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). These funds will be used <br />to rehabilitate Washington Avenue from Caliente Drive to Anza Way and Aladdin Avenue from <br />I-880 to Alvarado Street.
