Discussion Regarding Project Updates <br />Ken Joseph gave a PowerPoint presentation regarding project updates. <br />• Senior Center <br />o Half of foundation concrete poured in the last week <br />o The foundation is anticipated to be complete in the next 3 - 4 weeks <br />weather permitting <br />o Utilities (power, water, sewer, phone lines) are going in <br />o Structural steel is being fabricated offsite and will be delivered as needed <br />• Downtown Lighting & Pedestrian Improvements <br />o Concrete work on the breezeway near Sergio's/Tapioca Express is nearly <br />complete <br />• West Joaquin Closure <br />o Underground utilities are complete <br />o Concrete form work is underway <br />o Concrete work is being scheduled to permit Sergio's to complete their <br />electrical work <br />o Will make building entrances more ADA accessible where possible <br />
