The developer shall be responsible for assuring that any successor in <br />interest who assumes responsibility for this zoning approval is informed it <br />its terms and conditions. <br />B. Construction shall commence within 36 months fallowing City Council <br />approval. For the purpose of compliance with this condition, <br />commencement of construction shall be defined as the construction of a <br />substantial portion of the projects foundations. Aone-year extension may <br />be granted by the Community Development Director. <br />II. PERMITTED USE <br />1. This Site Plan Review Permit and Vesting Tentative Map permits construction <br />of a subdivision consisting of 100 attached affordable housing units on Lot <br />number 2 of the proposed Vesting Tentative Map.
