1N THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2009-029 (1219) <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A <br />MAINTENCE AGREEMENT WITH CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br />(CALTRANS) FOR THE SOUND WALLS ALONG INTERSTATE HIGHWAY 580 (I-580) IN <br />SAN LEANDRO BETWEEN ESTUDILLO AVENUE AND 141sT AVENUE <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and the California Department of <br />Transportation (Caltrans), a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 2°d day of March, 2009, <br />by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
