CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />PLN2008-00023 <br />1600 Bancroft Avenue <br />Your Child Is Mine (Applicant), First United Methodist Church (Property Owner} <br />L COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br />A. The applicant and/or property owner shall comply with Exhibits A and B, dated <br />December 4, 2008, except as hereinafter modified. (Exhibits are on file at the City <br />of San Leandro Development Services Department, 835 East 14th Street, San <br />Leandro, California). <br />Exhibit A -Site Plan & Floor Plan <br />B. The applicant and/or property owner shall be responsible for assuring that any <br />successor in interest who assumes responsibility for the zoning approval is <br />informed of its terms and conditions. <br />II. USE RESTRICTIONS <br />A. This conditional use approval permits a child care facility serving up to 39 children, <br />with seven staff members in the RS District. Any change to the number of children <br />or staff members shall be submitted in writing for the review of the Community <br />Development Director, who may approve the request administratively or direct it to <br />the Board of Zoning Adjustments for a formal public hearing. <br />B. Permitted hours of operation are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. <br />C. This use shall operate in conformance at all times with the State of California <br />childcare licensing requirements for License 9058 for a child care facility. <br />D. Parking for staff and parents shall be shall be designated at the existing church <br />parking lot at the rear of the property. Drop off and pick up of children shall be <br />limited to the designated drop off/pick up area in the church parking lot. <br />E. Any change in signage proposed by the applicant shall conform to Article 18 of the <br />San Leandro Zoning Code. <br />F. These conditions of approval shall be posted in the building and shall be made <br />accessible to all employees. <br />G. A crosswalk shall be installed from the entryway used by the child care center to <br />the church parking lot. <br />H.
