That on or about the 5th day of March 2007, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State of California having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter into a certain contract with MCGUIRE AND HESTER, as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: to wit DOOLITTLE DRIVE ENTRYWAY IMPROVEMENTS PHASE 2, PROJECT N0.02-230-43-155. 2. That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows: Western Surety Company. 3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as completed on the 2nd day of February 2009. 4. The nature of the interest of the City of San Leandro as the lead agency of the DOOLITTLF, I?-RIVE ENTRYWAY IMPROVEMENTS PHASE 2, PROJECT NO. 02-230-43-155 project is that of public improvements made to public right-of--way of the State of California designated as portions of Doolittle Drive, State Highway bl.
