IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2009-033 (3080) <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR THE AIRPORT NOISE INSULATION <br />PROGRAM, PHASE I, PROJECT NO. SL-0401 <br />Recitals <br />Pursuant to a contract between the City and G.E. Chen Construction, as amended by <br />Resolution No. 2007-066, dated May 7, 2007, Airport Noise Insulation Program, Phase I, Project <br />No. SL-0401 has been completed. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore and <br />to the satisfaction of the Chief Building Official, and he therefore recommends that said work be <br />accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said project. <br />3.
