From March 27 -April 6, 2009, the <br />public was encouraged to participate and provide their input on the Program Design <br />Phase for the City of San Leandro by commenting on the City's opportunities for NSP <br />funding. <br />Fiscal Impact <br />No significant fiscal impact. NSP funding will allow five percent (5%) or $117,000 of the <br />allocated funds for general administrative costs to administer the program, training, <br />monitoring, and implementation of the program. The City of Livermore will be the lead <br />entity for the joint application and administration of the NSP funds for the other <br />participating cities including San Leandro. <br />Budget Authority <br />N/A <br />Attachments. <br />A. Joint Agreement <br />CONCLUSION <br />Staff recommends the City Council to adopt a resolution approving a Joint Agreement between <br />the City of San Leandro and the Cities of Alameda, Berkeley, Fremont, Livermore, and Union <br />City for participation in the State of California's Neighborhood Stabilization Program, and <br />authorizing the City Manager to sign all related documents. <br />
