IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.2009- <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESIDENT GREEN FEES <br />FOR THE MONARCH BAY GOLF CLUB <br />(TONY LEMA AND MARINA GOLF COURSES), EFFECTIVE MAY 1, 2009 <br />American Golf Corporation has requested an increase in resident green fees in two <br />categories at the Tony Lema Golf Course of the Monarch Bay Golf Club. <br />The resident green fee rate schedule for the Monarch Bay Golf Club, a copy of which is <br />attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. The City Manager has <br />recommended approval of said fees. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the said fees are hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember and passed and adopted this <br />6`h day of April, 2009 by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
