r <br />Exhibit C <br />Vegetated Swale Maintenance Plan <br />This property contains one 3'-wide vegetated swale along the northwesterly property line adjacent to a <br />parking lot. <br />I. Routine Maintenance Actives <br />The maintenance objectives for vegetated swales include keeping up the pollutant removal efficiency of the <br />channel by maintaining a dense, healthy vegetated cover. Prohibitions <br />Pesticides and fertilizers shall not be used in vegetated swales. <br />III. Inspection <br />The attached Vegetated Swale Inspection and Maintenance Checklist shall be used to conduct inspections <br />monthly (or as needed), identify needed maintenance, and record maintenance that is conducted. <br />
