(1203) Adopted D. Ordinance No. 2009-004, an Ordinance Amending Article 11, Chapter 3, Title 1 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, Amending Sections 1-3-1105 and 1-3-1110 Related to the Recreation and Parks Commission, to Change the Procedure for Nomination of Members by the Boards of Education (changes the nomination procedure to require the School Boards to submit the name of one candidate). Resolution No. 2009-006 RDA, Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro Authorizing an Amendment to the FY 2008-09 Redevelopment Agency Budget to Allocate an Additional $142,000 from the Housing Set-Aside Fund Balance for the First Time Homebuyer Program (provides for increased demand for low-interest down payment/closing cost loans to assist qualified low- and moderate-income borrowers with purchase of their first homes). Resolution No. 2009-007 RDA, Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro Declaring Official Intent to Reimburse Certain Expenditures from Proceeds of Indebtedness to Finance the Construction of The Alameda at San Leandro Crossings (permits the Agency to reimburse itself for expenditures made in advance of the issuance of the debt financing). Resolution No. 2009-047, Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Sign and File for a Financial Assistance Application with the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) for Design and Construction of the Following Projects: Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) Rehabilitation; WPCP Co-Generation; Wicks Boulevard Pump Station Rehabilitation; Blue Dolphin Pump Station Rehabilitation; and Sanitary Sewer Line Replacement-Various Locations (submits application for Federal American ,Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 [ARRA] funds).
