Resolution No. 2009-006 RDA, Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City <br />of San Leandro Authorizing an Amendment to the FY 2008-09 Redevelopment Agency <br />Budget to Allocate an Additional $142,000 from the Housing Set-Aside Fund Balance <br />for the First Time Homebuyer Program (provides for increased demand for low-interest <br />down payment/closing cost loans to assist qualified low- and moderate-income <br />borrowers with purchase of their first homes). Resolution No. 2009-007 RDA, Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City <br />of San Leandro Declaring Official Intent to Reimburse Certain Expenditures from <br />Proceeds of Indebtedness to Finance the Construction of The Alameda at San Leandro <br />Crossings (permits the Agency to reimburse itself for expenditures made in advance of <br />the issuance of the debt financing). Resolution No. 2009-047, Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Sign and File <br />for a Financial Assistance Application with the State Water Resources Control Board <br />(SWRCB) for Design and Construction of the Following Projects: Water Pollution <br />Control Plant (WPCP) Rehabilitation; WPCP Co-Generation; Wicks Boulevard Pump <br />Station Rehabilitation; Blue Dolphin Pump Station Rehabilitation; and Sanitary Sewer <br />Line Replacement-Various Locations (submits application for Federal American <br />,Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 [ARRA] funds).
