Adjustment to Fee's, Services Charge, and Taxes 4 May 4, 2009 <br />Attachments <br />FY 2009-10 Proposed Fee Schedule <br />CONCLUSION <br />Staff recommends City Council adopt a resolution amending Title 6, Chapter 4 of the San <br />Leandro Administrative Code, to incorporate the proposed adjustments to City user fees and <br />service charges, effective July 1, 2009. Staff also recommends the City Council pass to print <br />ordinances amending Title 2, Chapter 13, Section 2-13-140 of the San Leandro Municipal Code <br />to adjust the Emergency Medical Services Tax, and amending Title 2 Chapter 2, Section 2-2-500 <br />to adjust the Business License Tax. <br />
