IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2009 - <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING TITLE 6, CHAPTER 4 OF THE SAN LEANDRO <br />ADMINISTRATIVE CODE RELATING TO FEES AND CHARGES FOR SERVICES <br />PROVIDED BY CITY DEPARTMENTS <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That following notice and hearing as required by law, Title 6, Chapter 4, Section 6.4. 100 of <br />the San Leandro Administrative Code, a copy of which is attached, is hereby amended. <br />That the provisions of this Section shall take effect on July 1, 2009. <br />Introduced by Councilmember <br />2009, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />and passed and adopted this 4th day of May, <br />
