Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Submit the Measure B Paratransit <br />Application for the Expenditure of Measure B Paratransit Funds in Fiscal Year 2009-10 <br />to the Alameda County Transportation Improvement Authority (ACTIA), and to <br />Negotiate and Execute All Documents in Support of These Activities (provides funding <br />for FLEX Shuttle, bus service for seniors and people with disabilities). <br /> <br />Recreation and Human Services Manager Joann Oliver described the proposed service <br />reductions and fee increases to the Flex Shuttle service. Staff was notified today about <br />an additional 9% reduction this year, and again next year, which will require additional <br />service reductions. <br /> <br />
