CONTINUED PUBLIC COIVIlVII;NTS <br />Continued Public Comments is limited to the balance of speaker cards that have been <br />submitted to the City Clerk and any new speakers who have not been heard. <br />Continents will be limited to 5 minutes per speaker. <br />A. Al Rosenga, 534 Parrott Street, requested that the items discussed by the <br />Facilities Committee should have more public comment. He would like to receive <br />a copy of the schedule of when Committees meet. <br />Council Member Glaze indicated that all issues will be coming back to the full <br />Council for comment and/or a Work Session. <br />B. Larry Norry questioned Council's action on the CDBG Program and stated that <br />the owner of the shopping center located in the West San Leandro/MacArthur <br />Boulevard Redevelopment Project Area expressed concerns as to whether the <br />$125,000 will result in an increase in his income and property taxes. <br />Staff indicated they will meet with Mr. Norry and the business owner to discuss <br />concerns after the Council Meeting. <br />C. Tom Guarino, San Leandro Chamber of Commerce, thanked the Council for <br />their support for General Foods. He also indicated to the Council the Chamber's <br />gratitude to the City Clerk for coordinating the upcoming City Government Day <br />Session of the Leadership San Leandro Program being conducted at City Hall on <br />February 19, 1999. <br />9.
