Resolution Approving an Agreement Between the City of Dublin, the City of San <br />Leandro, and the Alameda County Fire District Regarding the Joint Ownership of <br />a 1994 LTI Truck (provides for the purchase and joint ownership of a reserve fire <br />truck). <br />Mayor Young clarified that the Seagrave Truck exceeded its 20-year life, the new <br />truck is a 1994 Model LTI, and it will be housed in Castro Valley. <br />The following Resolution was then introduced: <br />Resolution No. 99-37, Resolution Approving an Agreement Between the City of <br />Dublin, the City of San Leandro, and the Alameda County Fire District Regarding <br />the Joint Ownership of a 1994 LTI Truck (provides for the purchase and joint <br />ownership of a reserve fire truck). CONTINUED PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />Continued Public Comments is limited to the balance of speaker cards that have been <br />submitted to the City Clerk and any new speakers who have not been heard. <br />Comments will be limited to 5 minutes per speaker. <br />A. Jim Hussey, 1120 Glen Drive, addressed the Council and indicated working with <br />staff on his project has been a pleasure, and they worked hard to make him feel a <br />part of the City. <br />9.
