Bids opened March 16, 1999.). Council Member Grant questioned the range of bids and staff clarified the bid amounts. The following Resolution was then introduced: Resolution No. 99-40, Resolution of Award of Contract to Pete Fuller Construction for Water Pollution Control Plant Disinfection System Improvements, Project No. 98-593-52-142 (recommends award to the low bidder for bid amount of $433,000.00. Council Member Glaze noted he is glad we caught this in time, given Council's desire to move toward divesting itself of the operation and ownership of parking facilities around the City.
