Microsociety School Project by Rick Rabino, James Madison <br />School Principal. <br />Rick Rabino and students from James Madison School gave a presentation on the <br />Microsociety School Project. <br />B. Proclamation Declaring April 18-24, 1999, as National Fraternal Week. <br />Virginia Boepple, incoming President of the California Fraternal Congress, <br />accepted the Proclamation. <br />3. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />Public Hearing Comments are limited to 5 minutes per person.
