The following Motion was then introduced: -- Minute Order Noy 99-18, Matter of Creation of and Appointment to an Ad Hoc Committee to Study I-580 Truck Traffic Issues. (1409/1219) The City Council created and appointed City Council Members Galvan, Grant, and Loeffler to an Ad Hoc Committee to Study I-580 Truck Traffic Issues. No Vote 6. CONSENT CALENDAR Consent Calendar items are typically routine in nature and are considered for approval by the City Council with one single action. Resolution No. 99-46, Resolution of the San Leandro City Council Approving an Amendment to Agreement for the Use of HOME Funds and Regulatory Agreement Between the San Leandro Shelter for Women and Children and the City of San Leandro for Bessie Coleman Court at Alameda Naval Air Station (provides an additional $100,000 in HOME funds for transitional housing project to be operated by the San Leandro Shelter for Women and Children). (2096) C. Resolution Approving a Contractual Services Agreement with Downtown Revitalization Consultants to Create a Downtown San Leandro Business Improvement District (BID). Cost: $28,000.00.
