(2917) The Redevelopment Agency increased the Commercial Rehabilitation Program reimbursement from 50% to 75% of the total project cost and increased the ASAP loan amount approved by the Executive Director from $25,000 to $50,000. 9. Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Submit the Measure B Paratransit Application for the Expenditure of Measure B Paratransit Funds in Fiscal Year 2009-10 to the Alameda County Transportation Improvement Authority (ACTIA), and to Negotiate and Execute All Documents in Support of These Activities (provides funding for FLEX Shuttle, bus service for seniors and people with disabilities). Recreation and Human Services Manager Joann Oliver described the proposed service reductions and fee increases to the Flex Shuttle service. Staff was notified today about an additional 9% reduction this year, and again next year, which will require additional service reductions.
