Trench Damage/Penalty Fee <br />$1.50/square ft. of trench for streets under 2 yrs. <br />old <br />$1.25/square ft. of trench for streets over 2 yrs. old <br />D. Inspection/Security/Plan Review Deposit <br />As determined by City Engineer to Insure prompt, high <br />quality repair; and to cover estimated Inspection coats <br />and plan review cost. <br />E.
