SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE <br />FINANCE <br />TITLE 6, Chapter 4 <br />FEES <br />§ 6.4.100: FEES. The following fees have been established by the City Council pursuant to various provisions of the San Leandro Municipal Code (SLMC), San Leandro Administrative Code (SLAC) or the general laws of the State of California. <br />Description <br />Current Fee Reference <br />1 Facility/Parks/Pools/Fields Rental Fees <br />USERS are classified Into the following groups for the purpose of determining <br />applicable fees and charges. <br />— Group Eligibility A: <br />Programs administered by or for the City of San <br />Leandro <br />— Group Eligibility B:*A <br />San Leandro non-profit organizations with ten or <br />more members of whom at least 50% are San <br />Leandro residents. (Use of high demand facilities <br />limited to twice peryear) <br />— Group Eligibility C:*A <br />Non -San Leandro Non-profit organizations which <br />serve San Leandro residents. (Use of high - <br />demand facilities limited to twice per year. <br />— Group Eligibility D: <br />San Leandro resident individuals or groups using <br />the facility for private purpose. <br />— Group Eligibility E: <br />Non-resident individuals using the facility for private <br />purposes. <br />— Group Eligibility F: <br />San Leandro businesses with company facility <br />located within San Leandro city limits. <br />— Group Eligibility G: <br />Non -San Leandro businesses, commercial groups, <br />non-profit organizations, and all other non-resident <br />lgroups. <br />RENTAL FEES are determined by group eligibility and facility used. Security <br />Fee determined by current overtime rates for police <br />personnel. <br />— Private Vendor Security <br />Fee determined by current hourly rates, nature of <br />event and number of participants. <br />— Dance Floor Fee <br />$100 <br />— Meeting Room Damage Deposit <br />Titan Auditorium $500; All Other Rooms $100 <br />Cancellation Policy <br />(Rooms) <br />If cancelled more than 90 days prior to event: <br />Full refund of deposit and fees. <br />If cancelled between 90 days and 30 days prior to event: <br />Forfeit full damage deposit. <br />If cancelled between 30 days and 10 days prior to event: <br />Forfeit full damage deposit and one half (1/2) of all <br />fees collected. <br />If cancelled less than 10 days prior to event: <br />Forfeit all deposits and fees collected. <br />*Resident fees charged for facility use (Halcyon, Marina Community Center & Washington Manor Park Building) during peak weekend hours. Fridays after 5pm, Saturdays and Sundays. No Charge on weekdays. <br />D Resident fees charged for al picnic area use during peak weekend and holiday hours (Saturdays, Sundays and all holidays).
