SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE FINANCE <br />TITLE B, Chapter 4 FEES <br />§ 6.4.100: FEES. The following fees have been established by the City Council pursuant to various provisions of the San Leandro Municipal Code (SLMC), San Leandro Administrative Code (SLAC) or the general laws of the State of California. <br />Description Current Fee Reference <br />2 <br />Building Permit (Continued) <br />C. Satellite Dish Antenna $131.00 <br />D. Minor Kitchen Remodel Permit: a.Single kitchen or bath remodel (permit to include <br />electrical, plumbing, mechanical ventilation and <br />appliances) $328.00 <br />(Limited to work without framing changes.) b. Additional bath remodel when concurrent with <br />kitchen or bath remodel within the same structure <br />and at some time $136.00 <br />E. Plan Checking <br />Plan checking fee shall be paid at the time of application for a building permit. <br />The plan checking fee is In addition to the building permit fee and shall be as <br />follows: <br />(1) In-house- During Regular Working Hours <br />80% of the building permit fee <br />For Master Plans (i.e. Identical buildings built by the same builder on the <br />same lot or in the same tract and for which building permits are issues al <br />the some time): <br />A full plan checking fee shall be paid for each Master <br />Plan when more than one building will be built and one <br />half (50%) of the full plan checking fee shall be paid for <br />each building at time of application. <br />Changes, revisions, or additions to plans previously checked. <br />Direct Coet(1) - 1 hour minimum charge <br />Outside plan checking services as utilized at discretion of Building <br />Official. <br />Same as for In-house- Durino Regular Workino <br />Hours <br />(2) In-house - Outside of Normal Business Hours When Reguested by <br />Aoolicant <br />Same as for In-house- Durino Regular Workino <br />Hours PLUS overtime and overhead charges <br />(3) By Outside Consultant. When Requested by Applicant <br />Equal to In-house - During Regular Working Hours <br />PLUS Consultant's fee as established by <br />Agreement (contract) between City and Consultant <br />(4) Over the Counter for Small Changes. Revisions or Additions. When <br />Re uested b A Itcant <br />Direct Cost (1) , with minimum of one-half hour <br />(5) Expedited Plan Check when Requested by Applicant and when Plan <br />Reviewer is Available <br />Full plan check fee plus one and one-half times <br />Direct Cost(l) <br />(6) Phased Plan check- when the foundation or another part of the building <br />needs approval and permit issuance prior to the whole building <br />One and One-half (1-1 /2) times the full plan check <br />fee for the entire building <br />(7) Energy Conservation: for all buildings subject to the California Energy <br />Commission's conservation regulations <br />20% of Building Permits <br />(8) Accessibility: (per SB 1608 and health and Safety Code section 18949.29) for 3.5% of Building Permit Fee <br />all Multimfemily, Commercial, and Industrial buildings subject to the State of <br />California, Division of the State Architect (DSA) and Department of Houssing and <br />Community Development (HCD) Accessibility regulations. <br />(1) <br />Direct Cost ■ hourly personnel charge plus a factor of 100% for fringe benefits, overhead and Indirect costs <br />GAFEEW009-10 Fassr2006-10 Adopted Fees 6 5/15/2006 <br />
