standards and will be on City's standard borders supplemented by the Consultants <br />drafting standards and standard details, symbols, and abbreviations as appropriate. <br />Final Specifications -The Consultant will prepare Final Technical Specifications and <br />incorporate the front end specifications completed by the City. The Specifications will be <br />prepared in City's standard format using MS Word 2006 or newer, and in accordance <br />with the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, (The Green Book, Latest <br />edition). <br />Final Cost Estimate -The Consultant will prepare a final cost estimate with an <br />estimated cost of construction broken down into standard bid items for all elements <br />shown on the Final Plans. <br />Consultant Deliverables <br />1 original 24"x36" ready to bid construction drawing set on vellum wet stamped <br />and signed AutoCAD 2007 files and plot/pen settings, and .PDF files on CD. <br />Ready to bid specification set.
