EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />FIRST TIME HOMEBUYER PROGRAM <br />A. DOWNPAYMENT/CLOSING COST ASSISTANCE LOAN PROGRAM <br />Consultant duties include screening, qualifying and underwriting eligible first time homebuyers for the City's <br />low interest downpayment/closing cost assistance loan.
