NEW BUSINESS <br />Items removed from the Consent Calendar: <br />6.C Resolution of the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Approving the Form of An <br />Owner Participation Agreement with Owners of the Site on 1034 Peralta Avenue <br />Commonly Known as the Former Cherry City Nursery Site for Remediation of <br />Hazardous Substances (provides for Agency supervision of hazardous waste clean-up <br />at former Cherry City Nursery property that is necessary for subsequent purchasers to <br />obtain Polanco Immunity).
