1N THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2009- <br />RESOLUTION INITIALLY ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT WORK FOR TRACT <br />7579 LOCATED AT 14953, 14969 AND 14981-14985 WASHINGTON AVENUE, SAN <br />LEANDRO; OWNER AND SUBDIVIDER: WASHINGTON/SPRINGLAKE PROPERTIES, <br />LLC <br />Recitals <br />Pursuant to an agreement between the City and Washington/Springlake Properties, LLC <br />dated March 20, 2006, and approved by Resolution No. 2006-028, the public improvement work <br />for Tract 7579 has been completed. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore <br />and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br />recommends that said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br />are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br />3.
