Trail Slough Bridge - CSA - AME 3 <br />June 1, 2009 <br />• On April 6, 2009, by Resolution No. 2009-048, the City Council approved a Contractual <br />Services Agreement with Mark Thomas & Company, Inc. to provide construction support <br />services for the subject project <br />• On May 4, 2009, by Resolution No. 2009-061, the City Council awarded construction of the <br />project to RGW Construction, Inc., the lowest responsible bidder <br />City Council Committee Review and Action <br />Not Applicable <br />Applicable General Plan Policy <br />• Goal 14 Bicycle and Pedestrian Circulation: Promote and accommodate alternative, <br />environmentally-friendly methods of transportation, such as walking and bicycling <br />• Policy 14.01--Citywide Bikeway System: Develop and maintain a citywide bikeway system <br />that effectively serves residential areas, employment centers, schools, parks, and multi-modal <br />terminals <br />• Action 14.O1B--Capital Improvement Scheduling: Maintain a schedule of capital <br />improvement priorities in the City's Bikeway Plan, and update this schedule as projects are <br />completed and additional funds become available.
