Washington/Estabrook -Call for Bid 2 June 1, 2009 <br />traffic safety at the intersection. Secondarily, it will connect the traffic signal to the City's <br />Traffic Operation Center by extending the City's fiber optic network from the intersection of San <br />Leandro Boulevard and Marina Boulevard.
