(2972) <br /> <br />The City Council directed staff to publish the summary of the amendments <br />to the FY2005-2009 Consolidated Plan and to the FY2009-2010 Action Plan <br />for a 30-day comment period (June 6 July 6, 2009) and to set a public <br />hearing for July 6, 2009 to consider final approval of the Amended FY2005- <br />2009 Consolidated Plan and the Amended FY2009-2010 Action Plan. <br /> <br />M/S/C Prola and Starosciak. PUBLIC HEARINGSALL AGENCIES <br /> <br /> <br />A.Matter of Adoption of Proposed FY 2009-10 Budgets for the City of San Leandro, the <br />San Leandro Redevelopment Agency, and the San Leandro Public Finance Authority. <br /> <br />This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above matter, City Manager <br />Finance Director Perry Carter. Mr. Carter gave a short PowerPoint presentation, <br />providing information on the proposed FY 2009-10 Budget, including General Fund <br />revenues and expenditures, a personnel summary, a summary of other funds included in <br />the budget, and an update on Farrelly Pool. <br /> <br />The Hearing was then opened to the public. <br /> <br />There being no comments from the public, and without objection, the Public Hearing <br />was closed. <br /> <br />Mayor Santos thanked Mr. Carter for delivering the budget in such a timely manner. <br />Mr. Carter in turn thanked his staff for their good work. <br /> <br /> <br />
