• Community Workshop 2: Design Concepts and Identification of Community Priorities <br />• Planning Commission Public Hearing: Review of Draft San Leandro Boulevard Preliminary <br />Engineering Design and Streetscape, and Implementation Plan <br />• City Council Public Hearing: Adoption of Final San Leandro Boulevard-BART Pedestrian <br />Interface Plan <br />The workshops will be facilitated by team member BMS Design Group with the support of other <br />team members and the City. Each workshop will include a variety of images, plans, and other <br />illustrations combined with activities that will help enable the participation of attendees. It is <br />assumed that the City will coordinate and/or provide the facilities for the meetings, food and/or <br />coffee, mailings, mailing list, and other logistics. Public hearings will follow standard City <br />format for reviewing draft plans and adopting final plans. <br />1.4 Staff Meetings <br />Staff meetings are defined below under the meeting summary. <br />Deliverables: Community and Stakeholder Involvement Overview and Work Plan <br />Draft and Final Agendas for up to four TAC meetings, up to five stakeholder/staff <br />meetings, and two community workshops <br />Meeting notes and action items, and summary of workshop feedback to be <br />provided to the client for distribution <br />Meetings: <br />TAC Meetings: <br />1.
