This would drastically reduce the amount of time staff currently spends <br />driving to each building to assess control issues and to respond to calls for warmer or cooler air. <br />Johnson Controls would also allow for improved building energy efficiency. Currently with <br />Novar, the system is either on or off for a building. If a meeting is held in one room, the entire <br />building is `on'. With Johnson Controls, building zones can be created so that energy is only <br />being utilized where it is needed.
