4. To evidence Borrower's obligation to repay the Additional Loan, Borrower agrees <br />to execute the Additional Promissory Note substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A <br />and incorporated herein by reference. <br />5. The Parties agree that the Additional Loan shall be secured by the City Deed of <br />Trust. <br />6.
