Ayes: 6; Noes: 0; Absent: 1 (Reed) <br />4. PUBLIC HEARINGS-ALL AGENCIES <br />A. Matter of Adoption of Proposed FY 2009-10 Budgets for the City of San Leandro, the <br />San Leandro Redevelopment Agency, and the San Leandro Public Finance Authority. <br />This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above matter, City Manager <br />Hollister gave a brief overview of the City's fiscal situation, and introduced Interim <br />Finance Director Perry Carter. Mr. Carter gave a short PowerPoint presentation, <br />providing information on the proposed FY 2009-10 Budget, including General Fund <br />revenues and expenditures, a personnel summary, a summary of other funds included in <br />the budget, and an update on Farrelly Pool. <br />The Hearing was then opened to the public. <br />There being no comments from the public, and without objection, the Public Hearing <br />was closed. <br />Mayor Santos thanked Mr. Carter for delivering the budget in such a timely manner. <br />Mr. Carter in turn thanked his staff for their good work. <br />
