Matter of Adoption of Proposed FY 2009-10 Budgets for the City of San Leandro, the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency, and the San Leandro Public Finance Authority. This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above matter, City Manager Hollister gave a brief overview of the City's fiscal situation, and introduced Interim Finance Director Perry Carter. Mr. Carter gave a short PowerPoint presentation, providing information on the proposed FY 2009-10 Budget, including General Fund revenues and expenditures, a personnel summary, a summary of other funds included in the budget, and an update on Farrelly Pool. The Hearing was then opened to the public. There being no comments from the public, and without objection, the Public Hearing was closed. Mayor Santos thanked Mr. Carter for delivering the budget in such a timely manner. Mr. Carter in turn thanked his staff for their good work.
