D. Education and Marketing <br />1. Conduct 10 presentations on fair housing issues. <br />2. Distribute 1,200 flyers/brochures on fair housing issues, laws, and events at public locations such as <br />libraries, churches, community groups, social service agencies, and stores. <br />3. Disseminate quarterly public service announcements. <br />4. Advertise fair housing services in print media. <br />TIMELINES <br />By October, 1, 2009, ECHO Housing will have accomplished: <br />A. 1. Open 3 fair housing cases <br />D. 1. Conduct 2 presentations on fair housing issues. <br />2. Distribute 600 flyers/brochures on fair housing issues at events and public locations. <br />3. Disseminate quarterly public service announcement. <br />By January 1, 2010, ECHO Housing will have accomplished: <br />A. 1. Open 3 fair housing cases <br />C. 2. Conduct one fair housing training for tenants and/or potential homebuyers. <br />D. 1. Conduct 3 presentations on fair housing issues. <br />2. Distribute 600 flyers/brochures on fair housing issues at events and public locations. <br />3. Disseminate quarterly public service announcement. <br />By April 1, 2010, ECHO Housing will have accomplished: <br />A. 1. Open 4 fair housing cases. <br />B. 1. Perform 14 housing audits. <br />2. Analyze data. <br />C. 1. Fair Housing seminar <br />2. Conduct one fair housing training for tenants and/or potential homebuyers. <br />D. 1. Conduct 3 presentations on fair housing issues. <br />3. Disseminate quarterly public service announcement. <br />By July 1, 2010, ECHO Housing will have accomplished: <br />A. 1. Open 4 fair housing cases. <br />B. 3. Provide training and follow-up to non-compliant owners/managers. <br />C. 2. Conduct one fair housing training for tenants and/or potential homebuyers. <br />3. Conduct one training session for realtors. <br />D. 1. Conduct 2 presentations on fair housing issues. <br />3. Disseminate quarterly public service announcement. <br />PROGRESS REPORTS AND MISCELLANEOUS <br />1. For CDBG funds, Agency must submit quarterly and annual reports using the City's reporting form <br />within 15 days of the end of the quarter on the number of persons served. Quarterly reports shall include a <br />narrative section and shall be submitted even if there are no specific numbers to report. The narrative report <br />should describe why no specific numbers are reported. <br />2. To ensure timely expenditure of HUD funds, Agency must submit monthly reimbursement claims <br />-16- <br />CDBG Agreement with <br />ECHO Fair Housing Services FY09-16 <br />
